Refund Policy

Refunds at British Premium Experts are accepted and processed as per the following terms and conditions:

  • Ordering customer are given the right to go for cancellation of order prior to order’s movement into processing. We make full amount refund for the order that qualifies for cancellation request.
  • Once order has been picked and sent to processing department, then cancellation request shall not be entertained.
  • We also accept refund claims for the orders that have been processed subject to validity of claim and if that is backed by solid evidences.
  • For all processed orders that are claimed for refund, we however always keep a portion of fee amount as services cost and hence only remainder of the fee amount can be claimed for refund.
  • We keep 50% of the fee amount as services cost that is non-refundable.
  • We accept refund claim provided that is made not later than 2-days from the date of order delivery.
  • In order to be qualified for a refund, customer is required to provide their claim as valid. The validity of claim means customer manages to prove their order requirements was/were not met by our staff.
  • We accept claim only for the orders that have delivery deadline at least 3-working days or more from the date of order placement. This means orders with rush delivery timeline are not entertained for refund claim.
  • Customers can ask for refund only if they have allowed our staff to provide them revisions. In case customer is not satisfied even after 3rd revision, then they can go for refund claim.
  • We shall require 3-business days time to process amount for an approved refund case. Moreover, the refunded amount may take up to 7 business days to reflect into customer’s account.

    We are offering products and services to serve the target market as per the industry norms. We believe in extending quality products with ethical services at reasonably affordable prices.

    Being an internet based service provider we take the security matters of our website and our customers too as very cautiously and seriously. We have therefore systems in place that ensure protection of our site and our customers’ data too.
  • Privacy:
    We take protection of our customers’ data and information they share with us as highly seriously. We believe their provided data and information must only be used for the purpose that is intended for. We therefore keep their data in a secure place and our staff is instructed to keep that confidential. We shall never share with any third party until the prevailing laws ask us so.
  • Payment:
    At British Premium Experts all payments are accepted via online mediums i.e. credit cards (Visa and Master Cards), PayPal and online bank transfers.
  • Revisions:
    At British Premium Experts customers get facility to avail as many revisions as they need, the only condition to qualify for a free revision is to prove their ordered requirements were not met in first place. We do not charge any single schilling for a revision; however customer must come back to us within 2-days from the order delivery to claim a revision. Moreover, a revised order shall be delivered in 48 hours from revision request.
